(see pic below) This will alleviate the errant pinch detect errors and still allow the intended operation of the switch.Usually when an over torque fault occurs this is because the globe is taking more effort than usual to rotate. There can be a few causes for this, main one being the LR hasn't been cleaned in a while allowing enough litter to accumulate on the top of the base.
