You will receive one Training Points every 4 levels till Level 20, then one Training Point every 5 levels till Level 50. i.e. 1, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50. This gives you a total of 12 Training Points. You will also receive Training Points from some quests. There is 16 Training Points total possible. Traps are optional. You also need to do the quests in Zafaria to unlock the Sun School trainer to get the Colossal enchant and Star School Trainer to get the Berserk Aura. You get the Sun quest from Inyanga Whitestripes and Star quest from the gate guard In Zamunda (NOT Zamunda Outskirts). Then, feel free to train Life to Satyr or Ice to Tower ...
