The cilantro also provided a great herbiness. The bread was a fig and anise bread that really complimented the chicken salad. The chicken salad already had raisins but the figs in the bread gave an even more sweetness that worked great. I didn't taste too much of the anise though. Awesome bakery with great service and food - highly recommend!
