Simplest thing to do would be to remove the DoT heals. It would have no effect on them in PvE. To be fair though, I think hatred and lightning sorcs should be toned down as well. Especially the lightning.

First of all I really like having a lifedrain/self heal mechanic like this, but the more I play my assassin now the more I see how it has become utterly worthless. Usually I see the dots heal for around 70-180 health per tick. My health is just around 72k at the moment.

I would advise against Hatred in pvp unless you're really confident, what's lacking for hatred is survivability, probably the frailess class in the game. A fair bit of the steamrolls are coordinated premades but agreed, matchmaking could be improved. Mercs Need a 10% damage buff. They parse a lot lower thanx other ranged classes and a LOT lower than Maras/Jugg/ Hatred. Sorcs can parse 29k, snipers 28k and Mercs barely hit 26k.

Like I said, Hatred should be a glass-cannon. As long as you are just taking a lot of damage and may require a certain degree of "babysitting" by the healers at key moments it's fine.
