2 Reply [deleted] • 2 yr. ago This key seems to be very random. I have gotten it many times just by going through the zone once. Other times I have had to farm the area over and over again. There is no specific process as to when the key will drop. I have also had multiple keys drop at once.
Ok ive fought my way through the depraved sanctuary, I have strange key in inventory but Ive come across a door that wont open. There a specific spot on the rock you have to be to get the prompt. Go inside the pile of rocks and behind the right one in the circular and keep moving around until you get the prompt. Try standing on the rock behind the pile and looking around. That's how I found it and directed others in the zone to find it.where is the Strange Key to find ? The key has a chance to drop from Cultists in or directly above the Cultist's Lair or Burrwitch Outskirts. It can also be obtained from Direni (if you let him live) in the A Cultist in the Midst quest.
