I tested BHA MK262, IMI Razorcore and AAC 77gr SMK on my Block II AR last year and the BH was still obviously better than both but IMI was close. People are getting better results with the SMK over IMI and BH lately, not with the OTM. BH recent batches are still good, but not up to snuff with what they charge.

The CBC 5.56 77gr was doing an average of 2873fps out of the Krieger, previous testing of the same lot of 2014 CBC 77gr from a FN CHF 20" 5.56 chamber was an average of 2752fps. From what I've heard, OTM is better against soft targets, but bonded soft points offer far superior wounding capabilities when barriers are introduced (furniture, drywall etc.).
