Using a hex build the only barrier to completing a no death run is your own stupidity. I know because I've done it. The real question is, why are you doing the run. A quality build doesn't require you to level attunement, intelligence and faith, but you can use basically every (physical damage type) weapon with a 40/40 quality build. Infused and buffed weapons are usually stronger for the time of the buff.
