A quick explanation I used in another comment: Wellskating and Shatterskating are identical, but require a different third input; heavy attack with eager edge off of a ledge, then jump, then Well/shatterdive. Bubbleskating has different timing and doesn't need a jump, but is much more difficult and consumes your super.
Standard roller skating rink dimensions are just under 22 yards by 44 yards. Precise measurements vary depending on the sport being played in the rink. This is done the same way as shatterdive skating on hunter except you use well instead of shatterdive (Eager Edge off a ledge -> jump+well). If they leave it in, many things going forward would potentially then have to be designed around the fact that eager edge skating is a thing. Sure it was cool flying across the map the first 3 times, but if your idea of fun in this game is defined by skating, then that's pretty cringe imo. There are other games for that.

Step 2: use new sword with ‘eager edge’. Activate the perk and hold down heavy attack and jump input at the same time. The key here is to be roughly a sword lunges distance away from whatever ledge you are swinging off of Step 3: have fun :)

The timing comes down to practice and "feeling", don't go too close to the ledge to avoid diving straight down, there's a "sweet spot" you'll have to find as your fail a few times.Dec 8, 2021 ...
