This is what I'm getting. The only resolution presented to me by the launcher is 800x450. If I uncheck the box for "Windowed", the "Resolutions" drop-down blanks. If I hit OK and then enter the Options menu again, the Windowed box is checked again and greyed out so that it can't be unchecked, and the Resolutions drop-down is back to only ...Thus the game does not recognize it BY NAME. It still supports it however, it just can't automatically fill in the graphics settings. It's no big deal. You just need to manually set your graphics settings. If you're getting only 1FPS, then you have something serious going on that's unrelated to the GPU detection. Yep, detecting the integrated card. Very common. That CPU is pretty low speed for this game despite being new, but if you're okay with 30FPS it won't matter. (Fallout 4 has an enormous overhead). not sure what the boosts are like on that though, so maybe I'm just being cynical for no reason. It's never gonna run on that .
Go do some custom setups. Step one is unfortunately you will need to set it to windowed borderless mode. If your computer is like mine you will only have access to smaller resolution windows so you have to go into the fallout 4 pref mods and find the iSize W and iSize H to the proper resolution.
