Hemi 5.7. My 11 had an actual gas cap and I never had problems with filling the tank. My 21 BTS, without the cap fills up ok if I dont put the nozzle in all the way. Im sure it's a venting issue but I'm also sure some gas nozzles can be too sensitive and kick off easily.
