I use some withings health devices and I have to download a health mate app to add them and for my Samsung buds I install Samsung wearable app. Check the manufacturer doesn't have an app that controls the devices as they check the software updates for the devices and let you configure them etc. Hope this helps

The reason I have 2 of each is they are all paired up to make stereo speakers. I.e. 2 megaboom’s make a pair, 2 boom 2’s make a pair etc. So I was having this problem on the boom 2’s and megaboom’s but once I updated to the latest firmware this problem was solved and I haven’t had any problems since then.
