The coffee is exceptional, and the service is always warm and welcoming. It's like stepping into a cozy home away from home. Reminds me a lot of the bakeries/delis on Long Island, NY. You don't find places like this, as much, in Massachusetts. Nothing fancy at all about the interior and the ordering cash register/bakery counter and system in general is chaotic and stressful.
