I pay for the 1.2Gb so over $130 a month, and really feel cheated by comcast. Anyway… I’ve had two techs come over the past couple of weeks, first clipped a cable to refresh it, didn’t do it, second tech swapped the modem, from an XB8 to an XB7, because according to him xb7 have lees issues than the XB8, it made it was way worse.

It shows 4 Gigabit Ethernet Ports but does not specify if one of them is a 2.5 Gig port.
