In June Niantic stated they were done with doing ban waves. That those were over and a thing of the past. Not seeing anything for two weeks doesn't mean people weren't getting strike notices. In the past a ban wave might last one to three months, Now it's gotten to the sixth month mark, which exceeds what's happened for the last four years.
