Good udon is so hard to find here in NYC, but at Raku I can always enjoy a delicious bowl of their bouncy, chewy noodles. The texture is absolutely unreal, and they have so many different broths accompanying their udon. So far, my favorite is the kani ankake ($26) which features snow crab in an egg drop style soup.
