If you have torags ahrims and another melee brother besides dharok on the same side it's fairly easy. Dh is kinda a pain. Typically, any rotation that features Ahrim and Karil on the same side is more difficult for the other side, as that side has to deal with three "spinners".

Then after that you kill all of the melee brothers. It doesn't really matter what order but Torag, Dharok or Guthan are usually a higher priority. During this part, all of the brothers should be clumped together so chinchompas will damage all of the brothers at once for a decent amount of dps.
