Same for gen 8 OU Mandibuzz, gen 7 Greninja, gen 5 Terrakion or even straight up Walking Wake, Ursaluna and Zamazenta this gen. If it's gen 8 ou most is just stallmons and like 2-3 hyper offense mons. Its toxic and stale. Don't play it lmao. I think it would be OU easily in Gen 4. There were very few Dragon Types in OU thanks to Latias, Salamence, and Garchomp all getting banned. Dragon Types were spared after the ban but Latias also came back so it would probably face competition with Latias for a special attacking Dragon.
