I like that the 500 is an American classic, comes with wood furniture, I have some experience repairing them, and they are simple and cheap to repair. I like the benelli but its noticeably heavier. It is also finished the best of the other two. Rounded edges, thicker barrel, fit and feel is the best as well. If I could only pick one, id keep the mossberg 835. Shouldn't be very expensive. The SuperNova is likely the pick of your litter, though the need for a 3-1/2 in. chamber may not be there for you.
