Behemoth gates dont stack anymore unfortunately. What I do to work around this use foundations or cielings with pillars to create a foundation. I place my first layer of gates along foundations with fence foundations, then I send pillars up each side of the behemoth gate wall, and send cielings across the top of behemoth gates.
