Battery and alternator test good. Replaced Main PGM-FI relay and distributor rotor. Spark plugs look good and Fuel pump is priming with key on.

Then I noticed that there was a flashing green key symbol on the dash. Did a little research and found it may be a key fob programming issue.

Engines need 3 things to run, air fuel and ignition source. Fuel is pretty limited causes (pump, wiring, injectors, regulator, fuses, relay).
