In raids or high def it’s awesome, but for normal slayer tasks I’m going back to rapier. After using the rapier for so long you notice real quick that tick difference with fang. My personal suggestion is block the tasks you don't like that have high weight. You can find this out on the wiki but you should have a pretty good idea of which tasks are more common.
