To help reduce the injuries to only your starters, raise fatigue so more rotational players play. I usually have a good balance of starters and rotational players injured throughout the season. this is realism. Use auto subs this year because fatigued players are more prone to injury. I wouldn’t say it’s ridiculous.

Quarterback can't get injured in franchise. I made my qb's injury and toughness at 2 and my injury slider at 1 and he won't get injured no matter how many times I let him get hit, on the run and sacked. He isn't a created player idk if that has anything to do with it. I’m pretty sure setting to 1 is the issue. Go the other way for more injuries.

Deep in franchise mode my team is OP, I decided to handicap myself by turning my 99 OVR QB to a 1 injury rating, it took him multiple games to sustain any injury at all, and the following season the same thing.
