I would personally suggest UWorld for this COMAT specifically. I only used comquest when I first took it, and ended up failing by one point - I used UWorld to study for a retake and almost honored it. But remember it's scaled to the cohort of people taking it - not raw scores. FM is a lot of screening and preventative care (know vaccines, age of screening, etc) but it definitely helps to have IM before. That's the order of rotations I had and it helped out a ton.
