Keep in mind that handcannons in general are getting a range buff equivalent to what RF granted before, and even after the nerf RF will still give increased stability, aim assist fall-off distance, and accuracy. Definitely the most fun 140 to use with stacking up Paracausal Charges and having that little meta game of whether to reload or not. Ace is just hands down better for me though.
This hawkmoon Xur has is "over rated". Its Rangefinder, so its a good roll. But I love me some stability on My HCs. Call me a controller normie I guess.
