If you are a dps burst spec, I'd guess that you would want to go with crit augs. If you are a DoT spec, I'd guess a combination of alacrity and crit. If you don't feel like doing math and just want to go with whatever, you may lose around 1% total dps. P.S. This feels pretty similar to the power vs mainstat augs debate in 3.0.
