Overall installation was straight forward. In order to run the microphone (OK Google!) and OBD2 cable up to the back of the radio, I had to remove the lower center stack and cup holder. May 18, 2022 · Not sure where to post this in the forum so I stuck it here. My 2014 2500 promaster cargo van (high roof) with 150k died the other day. I replaced it with another 2021 Promaster. Trans gone, stuck in 2nd gear. It was acting funny for some time, and I knew it was going to fail. It did. Also for months the engine has a tick,tick, tick. Promaster was my second choice but it didnt feel right when I test drove a couple. Sprinter was a far third, mainly because of the cost of ownership.
