What I do to fix it is retract one of your operators, rehire an operator on that slot, do 1 exfil streak, then go back to the operator with a broken exfil streak, and it will be working again next time you exfil. 2. We did it four times last night before we finally got it to work. Basically we cracked safes and did strongholds picking up a kill streak to two while doing it, then went to loot going to buy stations to buy the remaining killstreaks. The problem was we were splitting up the killstreaks and we determined that only one person has to carry all six. I've had them work part of a match and turn off. I had I think strong arm where it shows the trajectory of your throw work a couple throws, then not work in the same round.
