I would recommend 3 options: iRobot Roomba i3+/i7+ and Braava m6. The i7 is a lot smarter/feature-rich than the i3, but as pure vacuums they arent too different. And honestly the i3 is surprisingly smart. This is a really expensive option, at $950 for the i3+ & m6, or $1180 for the i7+ & m6.
