Jun 13, 2022 · Figured it had never been used and was stuck. I put pressure on the mower deck by standing on it and it didn't move. At some point it did move and when I raised it back up it will not go back down. It is stuck in the upper position and moves about 1/2" up or down when the lever control is used. 3 point still needs pressure to lower but not raise. Put the wheel on zero, open the valve, put the lower lever down, then go stand on the 3ph lift arms. Mine does this all the time and standing on the lift arms solves the problem.
