Go to the Dragonslayer's Grotto. The chest you're looking for is in the largest cavern. To get there you have to use Aard sign to destroy the wall, get through a corridor filled with gas and destroy the rocks blocking the way. On the way you'll have to kill a couple of Wraiths (7), and one Ekimmara (11) in the largest cave.

I've only found two encounters with Ekimmaras so far, Dragonslayer's Grotto - Velen and Quest: Following The Thread - Novigrad. AFAIK your last hope is the one Ekimamra who drops trophy (Witcher Contract one), but chances of it dropping two hides is non existent i think. P.S. I can't fight the damn thing cuz it's level is "??" and everywhere I go of any significance it somehow shows up there.
