Bloons td 6 stuck on step 1.
This might be it, that friend of mine recently reset his PC so he might be missing this installed, especially since EGS doesn't install dependencies. If that still doesn't work, the issue might be the fact that he accidentally revoked access from the game to his account and we don't know how to revert it.
I've tried everything possible: Restarted my computer twice. Uninstalled the game and reinstalled on 3 different hard drives. Verified game files. Deleted steam folder 960090. Nope doesnt work (at least for me). Just an infinite loading screen. Only way to "fix" it, is to start a new game. Just had it happen. 1. only 2 towers were working (the first 2 placed) and no others after that. And then (after realizing that nothing works) the next round came and the whole wave got stuck... really annoying happens about 4/5 ...
I found a solution! I'm on Windows 7. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BloonsTD6. Right-click BloonsTD6.exe. Go to the compatibility tab. BTD6 keeps getting stuck at the first download step, toggling between "Waiting for internet connection" and "Downloading". It never gets passed this screen no matter how long I leave it. I had this issue yesterday, and somehow was able to get it to load, but when booting the game today, it just won't work.
