Wallpaper engine audio responsive not working.

The app and wallpapers are working fine just when i listen to music with a wallpaper thats audio responsive but when i restart my pc it just stops working till i put a regular wallpaper on then go back to the wallpaper. any advice or if its just a bug i gotta deal with?
