it's not just ringworlds. artificial worlds is habitats and ringworlds. this is a buff so we don't get the maluses on rings, as it makes sense that voiddwellers would want to live on rings too. maluses only on anything that isn't a ring or a habitat. someone mentioned machine worlds but those don't count because squishies would die on them anyways. and relic worlds aren't artificial, just ...For this, you leave it as a relic world, build city districts as needed for housing, holo theaters as needed for amenities, research labs, and a research institute. As this is a size 25 planet, I would likely convert it into an alloy factory, unless you plan to take the accession perk to make Ecumenopolis from other worlds.

Ecumenopolis is a extremely good world type with unique bonuses and districts that a hive mind cannot create. Its extremely good at making tons of alloys. So if you get one of those as a hive mind keep it as it is. hive are nice for raw resources, ecu are for alloy mostly. Basically its a massive forge.

First the Relic World get you a research boost, later on they make proper factory planets. They're as easy as it gets, sizes ranging 15 to 25. Just clear the blockers.
