I had an ES2251 replaced with an EU2251 a couple of weeks ago. While the ES2251 was capable of full speeds, it also had a tendency to experience severe latency spikes if doing sustained uploads. If you open the FedEx box and find you have a Ubee modem (EU) rather than Sercomm (ES) it would be worth it IMO to swap them.
