We planned a British Isles cruise and are scheduled to fly from Dallas to Amsterdam Netherlands on July 21,2023. When I learned of the delay issues, I reached out to the Passport office in April to ask if the delays were so severe that I should cancel the trip. At this time, I could have gotten a full refund for the cruise and the airline tickets.
