The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in New York City. First time I've gotten up and walked out. The service, simply put, was atrocious. It took 20 minutes just to receive our cocktails. Server was nowhere to be found. Lame excuse from the manager - "the bartender ran out of glassware." That's a new one.
