Personally, i don't think it's a cheat, as you have a slower XP gain with it, so if you really wanted to be on the XP grind, you'd be faster resetting to level 0 constantly. It's more for the players that just want to have fun, and consider infamying a secondary objective. But modding is subjective.It's a very old engine that was retrofit to be a first-person shooter. Ignoring its legacy, it runs very poorly and wildly inconsistently even on modern hardware. It was a big deal when they began implementing occlusion culling in SOME maps.
