I start at an 8 (1 mph lower than my push) and for the first 6 minutes I add .1 mph every minute and every .1 mile. Once I hit six minutes I usually just add .1 mph ever .1 of a mile and then the last 2 minutes I kick that speed up to 11 and ultimately a 12. Very confusing lol but it works for me 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️
