Usually it seems to happen if I go up and down through the channels. It seems to be when I try to go past 19-1. Then it will not go to the next channel which is 15-1. Jan 1, 2020 · Got the TA units, connected them (or so I thought), and still no dice. Getting V53 errors, even after forcing the TiVos to reconnect to HQ. AND, no one told me until I called the CableCard folks, then I needed a splitter to send the cable signal both to the TiVo and the turning adapter(TA). AND, that a USB cable is to connect the TA to the TiVo.
Jul 12, 2022 · Accepted Solution. After many calls and repeating the same information to multiple people, we eventually were told to go to the xfinity store and get a new cablecard. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being.
