In my opinion the hollow Corvian Greatscythe is much better than Friede's, damage and movesetwise too. The best build for Friede's scythe tho is a simple dex build, with some int. The scythe only scales with int when WA is active, thus, if you ever want to use it 1 handed or simple 2 handed, you need dex instead of int.
