Posted December 25, 2021. Hi! Yesterday I found a Riven Sliver in the Plains of Eidolon during a Cetus Bounty. Not as a reward. I think it was dropped by an killed enemy - not sure. Might as well make it dead simple. Every eximus drops a riven sliver. X Slivers become a shard. 10 shards can be traded for kuva, riven, etc. Adjust the X to whatever. But I've noticed that ever since the Echoes of the Zariman update, I haven't gotten a single Riven Sliver, even with drop chance booster/blessing. Even with AotZ, I was still getting them fairly regularly. Now I'll run Steel Path for an hour or longer as Khora, Nekros, whoever, and never a single sliver drop.

To not break the Kuva economy one permanent locked stat would have to cost something like 150k Kuva (or maybe 100k for the first stat, 200k for the second).
