From what I've seen, primarily on Discord and Reddit, opinions tend to be mixed. The Epilogues are controversial, and Homestuck 2 more disliked than not. Hiveswap Act 1 is generally considered good, and Hiveswap Act 2 less so, while I haven't seen much discussion of Friendsim apart from limited discourse on a few select routes (Marvus, Lanque).
