I'm just seeing this thread for the first time, but I was going to comment that it could either be a failure in the VTM-4 system OR a different failure that has disabled the VTM-4 system causing the light to illuminate. In your case, it was obviously the latter.

It was misfiring on all cylinders and i got a P0175 Fuel system too rich (bank 2).
