If you haven't done anything with your pump yet, I'd try flushing the pump out by removing the low pressure line, place in a jar. Then add fresh fluid, turn the steering wheel while cranking the engine (disconnect coils so you can't start), keep refilling until you're done. This usually takes about 1-2 L.
That would explain coolant in your oil. I wouldnt drive this thing until its fixed. so order a new upper intake manifold gasket, new valve cover gaskets, new fuel injector o-rings. Drain coolant/flush system and refill with new. When you finish installing all the gaskets and have everything together, drain the oil, and refill with new.
