Put up a really good case as UBER Eats even texted me to say it was delayed [1 hour 10 minutes] as they were delivering other orders as well to keep costs down and low prices for customer. Not at all happy as could not heat or eat it. After 16 emails got a refund of 79p. ADAMANT that their policies prevented any refunds.
