I have 2017 Ram 2500 / 6.7 and the manual lists the oil capacity for the 10.5 and the 11.5, but it doesn't indicate which mine has. How can you tell the size of the rear diff? Most top brand gear oil will have the LS additive mixed in already (read the label) so you may or may not need to buy a LS additive shot. Install fill plug ~30 seconds. Reinstall skid plate ~60 seconds. Whole process not including jacking up the front of the truck might take 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you can pump the fluid back in. Very easy, absolutely no point in bringing it to a shop.
