Operators Stuck on Exfil Streak. 1 of my Operators was able to exfil smoothly to all 10 perks; however the others will not track any past 3. I have not died or failed to complete contract during the round and would like to know why some of my Operators cannot level past their 3rd perk. Delete it and create again. Update on this, I stopped keeping everything after a few games. I'm now leaning towards it being the stash amount. I'm at 13 now. And as long as I have 3 open spots at exfil I keep everything. I'll usually keep a 3 plate and large rut now then decide at the end whether or not to TS or exfil.
