I am in same boat as you. Best way you can do is Void Ark (quick run) or A9S (simple boss). Both have higher points. Don't bother to go into A10S to A12S because they give you as same points as A9S does and they give you hard time. Same thing to Weeping City and Dun Scaith.Anima is much easier than the Zetas. It's less RNG and overall less grinding, and while it costs more poetics and potentially gc seals, it's still easier to obtain vs say Zeta's materia step which can run you some gil if you aren't already sitting on a hoard of old materia.
